Caisson walls are considered a watertight and structural earth retention solution. Caisson walls consist of drilling down to specified depth and filling the shafts with low strength concrete. Holes are drilled on a schedule to allow curing overnight and to interlock each shaft with the others.
Steel Piles are also installed every 6-10’ to add to the strength of the caisson wall. This type of wall is preferred in areas where poor ground conditions or a high water table prevents the installation of wood lagging. All Caisson Walls are drawn by a Professional Engineer and installed as per the specifications required.
